Illumina sequencing was performed on genetic material from single wild-caught individuals. The reads were assembled using a &lt;jats italic=&quot;&quot;&gt;de novo&lt;/jats&gt; method followed by a finishing step. The raw and assembled data is publicly available via Genbank.&lt;/jats&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
