Range Description:

Myomyrus macrodon is known from the Lower and Central Congo River basin. It is not known from east of the Congo mainstream. Ongoing studies indicate that Myomyrus macrodon is restricted to the Lower Congo region (Staissny and Sullivan, in prep.).
